I have tried a variety of meals from here and I never have any complaints! Super tasty, low cal, and high in protein! The staff is also so friendly! The only thing I wish…that there was a location closer to where I live in Harlingen. Maybe soon. One could only hope. :)
This place is amazing. I've been coming here off and on for a couple months now. Today I purchased my first meal package. Staff is always friendly, Good place to sit and enjoy your meal. Super clean. If your looking for a perfect match to daily life, gym and work, these are your meals. I sat upstairs and watched some TV while I had tilapia, white rice and veggies. Absolutely amazing options, I’m native to Edinburg looking for something around Brownsville because of a training with my job. Lemme just say the staff is genuinely kind and it’s a very laid back comfortable atmosphere. Usually I get very awkward with eating I’m unknown places. The variety with protein drinks and pre prepped meals is so nice. You don’t even have to break the bank so to speak the food is absolutely delicious.

I went during the afternoon, kind of an off time, but there was still quite a bit of selection, and the restaurant was super clean. The person behind the counter was very professional and even gave me some tips on what to select.
I’ve been here a few times and plan to keep coming back. It’s a solid option if you’re trying to eat healthy or track your macros without overthinking it. Whenever I’m in town, I like to pick up a few days worth of meals. Their weekly rotating menu is a big plus- it helps avoid the meal fatigue that usually comes with meal prepping at home. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions. As for the food, it’s about what you’d expect from a microwaveable meal prep- nothing fancy, but consistent and straightforward. You know exactly what you’re putting into your body, and for me, that convenience matters most. I ended up signing up for their 20-meal plan, which came with two free meals and a drink (in my case a protein doughnut). If you plan on coming back regularly, it’s a good deal- plus there’s an extra 5% discount. The credits don’t expire, so you can use them whenever you want. Lastly, I’m not sure if it’s just me but taking the lids off the containers is a workout in itself lol.
